Stans Icy Delites was established in June 2007 as a quality concessionaire of Hawaiian Shaved Ice.  After a lot of discussion, planning and good ole' hard work, Stans Icy Delites was open and ready for business! 

We managed to book 12 shows  in 2007 and was overwhelmed at the response we got from customers and promoters. 

But, we were not content on just selling shaved ice ..... so we added some fair favorites to our menu in 2008!  We expanded our shows (click on the 2010 schedule tab) and tweaked our name and menu to include various fair and festival food favorites. Click on our products tab above and see what we are cooking!

No event is too small or too large for Stans Icy Delites to handle.  Our current set up includes 2 - 7'x16' self contained trailers and 1 - 8'x24' mobile kitchen on wheels!  We also have access to provide tent canopies, tables and chairs for a nominal fee.

Whether it's a fair, festival, car show, auction, company picnic, fundraiser event, grand opening. birthday party, graduation party, PTA or church event, Stans Icy Delites and the Fast Track Cafe' is a fun way to draw people to your event and have fun at the same time!  Just ask Icy from the Fort Wayne Komets, Barney and Gomer and Little Miss Steuben County!
